Sāक्षartā Foundation believes that in a Healthy Body resides a Healthy Mind. The organisation spreads awareness related to mental well-being, hygiene, sanitation, healthy living and inclusiveness through medical camps held for children and adults at the slums in the vicinity. Medical diagnostic camps for police personals at police stations around the NGO are also conducted.
PROJECT
Education and meaningful literacy are the key to a well developed community which in turn strengthens the core economics of a nation. Sāक्षartā Foundation runs two learning centres at Juhu and Vile Parle West dedicated to teach school and college going children subjects related to their curriculum. Fortifying their basics and making them independent on the basis of their merits the organisation's foremost objective.
PROJECT
The project is aimed to empower women and the youth belonging to the low-income group by giving them the right combination of skill-training and opportunities, to enable their self-nurtured talents and achieve their potentials, and to educate them with the best we can make available so that they can walk in synch with their peers.
